These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Gamer Deer, operated by AD Creative Lab ("Gamer Deer", "we", "us", or "our"). By using Gamer Deer, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Using Gamer Deer
Gamer Deer provides gaming editorial, guides, game discovery, wishlist tools, and information about games and offers. You may use the service for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live; if you are not, use Gamer Deer only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Accounts
Some features require an account. Please provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity on your account unless it results from our failure to protect it.
We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe these Terms, applicable law, or the security of Gamer Deer has been violated. You can delete your account from Settings.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse Gamer Deer. In particular, you must not:
- break the law or infringe someone else's rights;
- attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without permission;
- interfere with, overload, scrape, or probe the service in a way that harms its operation;
- submit malicious code, spam, deceptive content, or false information; or
- use Gamer Deer content or branding in a way that suggests our endorsement without written permission.
Editorial and price information
Our reviews, verdicts, guides, and recommendations reflect editorial opinion and are provided for general information and entertainment. They are not a guarantee that a game, store, offer, platform, or feature will suit you.
Availability, pricing, discounts, regional restrictions, and store terms can change quickly. Always check the merchant's current listing and checkout terms before buying. Gamer Deer does not process game purchases and is not responsible for a third party's inventory, price, delivery, refund, or customer support.
Third-party links and affiliate relationships
Gamer Deer may link to third-party stores, publishers, platforms, and social services. Their products and services are governed by their own terms and policies. Intellectual property
Gamer Deer and its original writing, design, branding, graphics, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to our content for personal use, but you may not reproduce, republish, sell, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission, except where the law allows it.
Game names, artwork, logos, and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification, commentary, and editorial purposes.

Gamer Deer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the service will always be available, error-free, complete, or secure, or that third-party information will remain current.
To the extent permitted by law, Gamer Deer and AD Creative Lab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may change these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use Gamer Deer after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
